I really liked the relaxed vibe inside. It wasn’t too loud, and the staff sorta seemed genuinely happy to be there. Everything felt clean and comfy, like a nice place to hang out with family after a long day.

I was, i was kind of surprised how easy parking was here. There were plenty of spots, and I didn’t have to deal with any hassle at all.

The brisket was decent, I liked the flavor overall. The sides were kind of bland though and didn’t taste all that fresh, so the meal ended up feeling a little disappointing.

I’ve grabbed food from City BBQ quite a few times now, and I’ll give them credit, they’re surprisingly consistent for a place that always seems busy. The food is usually hot, the portions are solid, and my pickup orders are ready close to when they say they’ll be.
The only thing keeping it from being a full 5 stars is the sides, which can be great one day and kind of forgettable the next. Still, when I don’t feel like cooking and want something dependable, this is one of the first places I think of

The staff was friendly when I placed my order, so no complaints there. But when I went to pick it up, I definitely felt a little rushed, like they were trying to move me along before I could ask any questions. Maybe it was just busy, or maybe there’s some secret pickup-line efficiency system they don’t want us to know about. Either way, the service wasn’t bad, just not especially warm or welcoming

I signed up for the City BBQ rewards, and so far it’s been easy to use. I order from City Barbeque fairly often for lunch, and the points seem to show up without me really having to think about it. I’m not totally sure how fast they build up overall, but I did get a free side last time, which was a nice surprise. No weird hoops or anything confusing, at least from what I’ve seen. Just simple rewards for food I was already going to buy anyway.

I really liked how many sauce choices they had. I tried a few with my BBQ they were all good. It was nice having options without it feeling confusing. The only downside was that I felt kind of ignored while ordering, like I had to wait around to get someone’s attention.

I’ll give credit where it’s due — the catering showed up on time and everything was reliable, just like they said it would be. I wasn’t expecting much, but they came through.

The BBQ was decent enough, but the dessert situation was disappointing. There weren’t many options, mostly just basic stuff, and the one I picked ended up tasting dry. After making the effort to save room for dessert, it felt like a letdown.

I ordered from City Barbeque and the portions were way bigger than I expected. I even had plenty left over for later, which was really nice. Overall, I was really happy with it.

I ordered from citybbq.com for pickup, it went about as smoothly as I could’ve hoped. Everything was exactly how I selected it online, with no missing sides, all the sauces in the bag, and the meats clearly labeled, which made things so much easier once I got home. I’ve definitely had other places mess up even simple orders, so it was a relief not having to call or drive back. Really solid experience for me, easy 5 stars

The meat was tender, but some bites was a bit dry for me. Still decent overall, just wish it had a little more juiciness.

I’ve ordered from City BBQ a handful of times now, usually when I’m too tired to cook or we’re coming back from errands, and the menu is really what keeps pulling me back in. They’ve got the expected stuff like brisket and pulled pork, but then there’s also chicken, ribs, sausage, sandwiches, bowls, salads, and a bunch of sides, so I never feel stuck ordering the same thing.

I like that I can go all-in with something heavy one day and then get something smaller the next time, depending on my mood and whether I already snacked too much earlier. My kids can always find something they’ll actually eat too, which makes ordering way less of a hassle. Just a really solid amount of variety for a BBQ spot

The sides are a big reason I keep ordering from City BBQ. The mac and cheese is always solid, and I love that there are options like greens, fries, and cornbread. It actually feels like comfort food instead of just something tossed on the plate. Has anyone else had the same issue where you go in for BBQ but end up being more excited about the sides?

I've ordered from City Barbeque a few times now for takeout and did delivery once too. Every time, the food was ready when they said it would be, and the delivery still showed up warm, which I really appreciated. The brisket was tender, the sides were good, and they actually remembered all the sauces. Nothing super fancy to say, just good BBQ with no hassle. I’ll defintely order again

I had a complaint that eventually got handled, which I do appreciate, but it took longer than I was hoping. I think I checked my email about 20 times that week while drinking the same sad office coffee. In the end, they sorted it out, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked.

I know it might sound like a small thing, but the tables were spotless, and that makes a big difference to me. If I’m going to sit down and eat somewhere, I feel like it’s fair to expect the area to be clean, and they definitely had that covered...

I was kind of shocked by how big the portions were. I thought for sure the bill was going to be higher, but I ended up paying less than I expected. Like, why can’t more places be this reasonable?

I waited forever for my order to show up. At one point, I was starting to wonder if it had decided to take a little vacation before getting to me. Super fun experience, obviously.

I’ve got to be careful with gluten, and they actually helped me figure out what was safe to eat. I asked a few questions, probably more than usual, and the staff was nice about it and didn’t act annoyed. Nothing fancy to say really, just that they were patient and made it easier for me to order without worrying too much
